Client: The individual or entity subscribing to or availing research services provided by the Research Analyst.
2. Availing The Services:
The Client accepts the research services at their own discretion and the Research Analyst agrees to provide such services in accordance with these terms and conditions.
3. Key Client Agreements:
- I have read and understood the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014, including the fee structure.
- Any investment made based on recommendations is subject to market risk.
- Recommendations do not provide any assurance of returns.
- There is no recourse to claim losses incurred based on recommendations.
- I provide consent to fetch my KYC documents from KRA.
4. Obligations on RA and Client:
The Client and the Research Analyst shall be bound by all applicable regulations, rules, circulars, and amendments issued by SEBI including the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
5. Client Information and KYC:
The Client shall submit all requisite documents as requested by the Research Analyst and assist in completing the KYC process.
The Client hereby gives consent to the Research Analyst to fetch KYC documents from the KYC Registration Agency (KRA).
6. Standard Terms of Service:
The Client subscribes to research services for personal benefit. Any reliance on research reports shall be based on the Client’s own judgment. Investments are subject to market risk and no assurance of returns is provided.
7. Declaration by Research Analyst:
The Research Analyst is duly registered with SEBI as RA bearing Registration No. INH000012935. The services rendered comply with applicable regulations and do not guarantee returns.
8. Consideration and Mode of Payment:
The Client shall pay fees within 2 days of invoice or agreed amount. Payments must be made via UPI, Net Banking, Payment Gateway or verified banking channels only. Cash payments are strictly prohibited. The Research Analyst shall not be liable for payments made to third-party accounts.
9. Risk Factors:
Trading in equities, derivatives and securities involves market risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The Research Analyst is not responsible for losses resulting from recommendations.
10. Conflict of Interest:
The Research Analyst shall comply with SEBI regulations regarding disclosure and mitigation of conflicts of interest. Any potential conflict shall be disclosed promptly.
11. Termination and Refund:
The Client may terminate services if research recommendations are not provided. Refunds, if applicable, shall be on a pro-rata basis for the unexpired subscription period in case of suspension or cancellation of registration.

13. Important Conditions:
The Research Analyst cannot execute trades on behalf of clients. Assured or guaranteed return schemes are strictly prohibited. Clients must never share trading, demat, or banking credentials with anyone.
14. Confidentiality:
The Client shall not share confidential information without prior consent of the Research Analyst.
15. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with applicable laws.
16. Severability:
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
17. Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control.
Final Declaration:
By subscribing to the services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions.
